In seeking a new position I posted my resume on several websites.

I have recently graduated from college in Ohio, and was in search of my first job. Although, I've only been with labs pros for a short period of time, I can't be happier with Lab Pro's staff for all the help that they have provided.
Due to the limited number of positions available, it's usually difficult to find a job in a reasonable period of time. However, with in a few weeks my interviews were completed and I have already begun work at a job I couldn't be happier with. |

First thing’s first. If you need a job, and a job that you will like, then Lab Pros. Inc. is right for you. When I moved to Boston last year, I had no ideas other than the internet and classifieds where to start my job search. I have always been leery of using a staffing firm, and they always seem to contact me with all these promises, so I didn’t go that route. I posted my resume on Monster and less than a day later I was contacted by Lab Pros. Something sounded different to me about this company. It sounded like a company that really cares about people and finding them work they would enjoy. The questions they asked were geared to finding individual taste. Their knowledge of the inner workings of their clients was astounding. I thought that I would just go ahead and give them a shot. No other firm ever sounded this promising. Other staffing firms just led me around and made it based on what job they would like me to take, along with going on an interview with them aside form the actual company to contract for. Others just seemed to be more of a hassle, then what I bargained for. On the contrary, Lab Pros. seemed to be really interested in finding what was right for me and not just getting me a job to boost their profit. Working with them was very easy. The following day, I was contacted again by Lab Pros. and they said that they had some jobs lined up for me. I thought that was fast. After discussing each job in detail with me, they narrowed it down to jobs that I would like as well as take. The company that I chose worked out beautifully. Within 5 days of being contacted by Lab Pros., I had a job at a great company that fit me just as well as I fit them, and the pay was great. Unfortunately that company, due to a hold up in clinical trials, went out of business. When I needed another job, who was there…Lab Pros was there. Within a week of talking to them I had another job that I think is great (and this company is stable). Would I refer Lab Pros. to another person interested in finding work? YES! They’re the only staffing firm that I would recommend, and if I ever need a job again, they’re who I’ll go to first. |
